This notice explains how the current website handles enquiry information and where third-party processing is involved.
What this website collects
The project-fit form asks for professional contact details, company or project context, what is being built or improved, the desired result and timing. A phone number, current process or tools and budget readiness are optional. The pricing-access form collects a work email and the engagement option being considered.
Why it is collected
Project-form information is used to assess suitability, respond about the next step, prepare a requested assessment or proposal and maintain an appropriate record of the business conversation. Pricing-access information is used to provide immediate on-page access to current starting investments and understand the requested commercial route. It is not used to add someone to a newsletter.
Form delivery and international processing
Project enquiries are delivered to GEVON through Formspree. Formspree acts as a third-party processor and states that its services are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Submission therefore involves processing outside the UAE. Formspree’s current security information is available from its security page.
Browser storage, cookies and analytics
After pricing access is requested, this website stores a small browser-only preference so the starting investments remain visible on that browser. It can be cleared by selecting “Hide investments on this browser” or by clearing site storage. This website loads Google Analytics to measure visits and website use. Google processes information through that service; see Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing. The website also stores a browser-only preference for the selected project. You can clear browser preferences through your browser’s site-storage settings.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or unsuitable enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. Enquiries with an active or continuing business conversation may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Relevant contracts, invoices and tax records may be retained for at least seven years where required for legal, accounting or tax purposes. Information may be deleted earlier when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information, or object to or request restriction of its use where applicable. Requests can be sent to hello@gevon.ae. Identity may need to be verified before acting on a request.
