Working terms
Clear scope,ownership and handover.
These principles explain the intended commercial model. A signed project proposal or agreement will always control the actual engagement.
GEVON and delivery territory
GEVON is a founder-led business systems studio operated by Krste Gelebeshov from Dubai, UAE. Clients work directly with Krste. The offer is UAE-first and may be delivered internationally where the project, contracting arrangements and applicable requirements allow.
Suitability and assessment
The suitability call is short, free and limited to fit and the next-step decision. Detailed investigation begins only through an agreed paid GEVON Assessment. The assessment is normally fixed-fee and paid upfront, with its workflow boundary, stakeholder access, output and delivery window confirmed in writing. Public pages do not constitute a price quotation.
Implementation scope
No implementation begins until the scope, deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, acceptance criteria, timeline, ownership and commercial terms are documented in a proposal or agreement.
Milestones and change requests
The working implementation model is 40% to begin, 40% at the working-system milestone and 20% after testing and handover, unless the proposal states otherwise. Clarifications and reproducible defects within the approved scope are not change requests. Work outside that scope requires a written change request describing the change, additional fee, dependencies and effect on delivery. Additional work begins only after written approval and any required payment.
Client delays
The client is responsible for timely access, content, data, approvals and decisions. A delay of more than five business days may move the delivery schedule. A project inactive for ten business days may be paused and rescheduled according to available capacity.
Cancellation
The suitability call is free. An assessment may be cancelled before work begins, subject to unavoidable payment or administrative costs; once assessment work begins, its fee is non-refundable. An implementation may normally be cancelled with seven days’ written notice. Completed work, reserved delivery capacity and non-refundable third-party costs remain payable, while any genuinely unearned prepaid balance is returned where applicable. Completed and paid-for deliverables are handed over.
Handover and third parties
Access, documentation, client ownership, third-party licences, software dependencies, backup responsibility and support options are defined for the specific project. Third-party subscriptions, platform changes, outages and licence costs remain outside GEVON’s control unless the agreement states otherwise.
Included launch support
Unless the proposal states otherwise, every completed GEVON Build includes 30 calendar days of launch support from the accepted handover date at no additional fee. This covers handover questions, launch monitoring and minor adjustments within the approved scope. It does not include new features, new modules, content production, third-party charges or changed requirements.
Service-specific warranty
The included launch-support period is separate from defect warranty. Brand, document and presentation work normally has a 30-day correction window. Websites and automations normally have a 90-day warranty for reproducible defects in the approved scope. Eligible custom systems may include defect coverage for up to 12 months when stated in the proposal. New features, changed requirements, client or third-party modifications, platform or API changes, hosting outages, permission changes, unsupported environments, connectivity and incorrect source data are excluded.
GEVON Care
After the included 30-day launch period, maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, user support and optimisation are available as an optional recurring add-on. Essential normally provides up to four support hours and acknowledgement within two Dubai business days; Priority normally provides up to ten hours and acknowledgement within one Dubai business day. Both normally begin with a three-month minimum term, and unused hours do not roll over. Response time is not a guaranteed resolution time. Emergency, weekend and 24/7 support require a separate agreement.
Governing law
The intended governing framework is the applicable federal law of the United Arab Emirates and the law applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, with disputes submitted to the courts of Dubai. The final clause in any client agreement must match the lawful licensed contracting identity and may be adjusted for a particular engagement.
